Surface-Mount Technology (SMT)
Our in-house SMT Line is best in its class with 1,20,000 CPH capacity set up equipped with Automatic stencil printer, Dual pick & place capability, Automated optical inspection (AOI), automatic reflow, BGA Rework, X-Ray Inspection etc. It can handle most complex assemblies with 0201 & BGA & Micro BGA etc.,
Our well experienced and trained manpower is equipped to handle complex processes and managing deliveries on a turnkey basis. We ensure automation of processes that are controlled with ERP & SAP accounting systems for most effective execution.
Battery Packs Manufacturing
We are a full-service custom battery manufacturer with in-house design and engineering capabilities. Our team has extensive experience with multiple battery chemistries and battery pack assemblies as per customer needs. We work closely with customers on all our projects starting with design, concept through prototyping and testing to large-scale manufacturing from our smart factory at Vasai.
- 120 MW per annum capacity for Li Ion battery power packs
- Capacity of 80 lacs cells per year – 40k complex & small range battery packs
- Handling capacity of all type Lithium chemistries including Li-Ion, LiPo4 with a mission of increasing the capacity to 100 lacs cells per in next 2 years.
- Set up capabilities including smaller packs of single cells to multi-layer cell packs for industrial as well as other industrial applications across sectors
- Our D&D capabilities allow us to develop advanced battery management systems with computerised testing facility
- In house cells charge and discharge facility for individual cells and higher voltage Li-Ion/LePo4 power packs
- Automated spot weld process done with programmable robotic machines with a plan of installing a fully automated battery pack line
Box Building
Our skilled EMS Team can integrate assembly and box build capabilities to manufacture custom product as per client needs and specifications. Additionally, Evolute’s EMS vertical has a team of experienced technicians who can perform functional and testing processes based on specified criteria.
Our box build lines are fully equipped with test set up for functional tests of payment terminals and handheld devices that serve as an enabler of financial inclusion.
We have been certified by Mastercard Visa TQM for our facility as well as processes to authorize us in manufacturing of complex payment terminals & micro-ATMs.
