A visionary himself, at Evolute, he plays various role from strategic management to team building leading the organization to achieve greater milestones with each passing year & transform the company for multidimensional capability & achieve commercial success. His business acumen, risk taking capability and an eye for picking on opportunities makes him a sharp businessman.
He is a 3rd generation visionary entrepreneur imbibing all natural business attributes. His deep interests in technology & business has evolved him continuously to earn multi-level skills, required for strong leadership and direction to Evolute.

Paras contributes significantly in leading the Distribution solutions business of value added products & services where he plays an instrumental role in managing the operations & top line growth for the company. He is also responsible for sourcing and forming long term alliances with overseas partners, vendors.
Under his able leadership, the company has managed to diversify into many innovative domains. His vision of tightly holding the legacy business whi le exploring new products,solutions and markets proved to be a boon in fostering innovation and building through the development phase. Paras envisions Evolute reaching greater heights by driving and infusing corporate culture to the last mile. His confidence and commitment towards creating India as a hub of electronic components & modules,echoes in his vision and work style.

We tied up with several brands established ourselves as an electronics components distributor and supplier across the country as Relaytronics Pvt. Ltd. We were also successful in launching our in house brand of relays – Leone relays along with LCD, rechargeable batteries,
2008 to 2012
Rebranded as Evolute.
Forayed into value added domain of embedded product design and electronic manufacturing. Our portfolio expanded further to Bluetooth biometric printer & HHT for financial inclusion, microfinance sectors towards full-fledged commercial operations under the brand of Evolute
2013 to 2017
Vertical Expansion
We saw an expansion of Fintech vertical and introduction of the Cleantech vertical further strengthening our reach into the Indian market with our productions & solutions. We established our own SMT line, pick & place machine as well as box building manufacturing line. The Reserve Bank of India

Forward integration towards solutions & services.
